As you can see, the base of this makeup is three different kinds of glitters. A sparkly balm, a glitter eyeshadow, and some face gems are used to create this multidimensional sparkle. Basically, that metallic glow and glitter sparkle is what makes this look so effective, while also coming out really clean and understated. What’s not to like, right?
Prepare your face
Start with a primer and foundation of your choice, to prepare your face for other makeup products. We chose the Power Grip Primer by e.l.f. and Rare Beauty’s Positive Light tinted moisturizer foundation, to create the glowy skin look.
Then apply either glitter (always to be used with glitter primer!) or a glittery balm in the corners of your eyes and along the line of your eyebrows.
Use glittery eyeshadow as your third product to really get that sparkle going! The artist in the video is using Lightwork palette by Danessa Myricks, but you can substitute the color with the one in I Need A Nude palette by Natasha Denona.
After using your eyeshadow, it’s time to put on some real sparkle with face jewels. Use special glue and a gem applicator or a pair of tweezers to put them where you want them.
