Participants of Monetha’s referral program shall act in good faith and not exploit it. In case of any violations, a user’s account may be blocked without possibility to redeem collected Monetha points ~.

It is also not allowed to create mobile apps, extensions, groups in social networks in the name of Monetha and to use the Monetha logo. The use of Monetha website pages in third party mobile applications is also forbidden.
It is forbidden to send mass direct messages in social networks, groups and forums dedicated to a specific partner store, as well as to use contextual advertising, mass email campaigns and any other type of activity that can be considered as spam to share your referral link.
It is forbidden to create new accounts with your own referral link in order to receive the referral bonus. This will be considered as registration of fake referral accounts.
